The annual reports of the Lottery Board of Control and the Secretary of War Pensions were tabled when the House met yesterday morning. Members lodged three notices of motion. Ministers answered 18 questions.
The Sale of Liquor Amendment Bill (No. 2) was returned with amendments by the Statutes Revision Committee, and received considerable debate before being accepted.
Debate on the second reading of the Bank of New Zealand Bill was continued until the House rose at 4 p.m. until 2.30 p.m. on Tuesday.
