VACANCY PROFESSIONAL TARANAKI HOSPITAL BOARD JUNIOR MEDICAL STAFF, 1972 APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED for the positions of House Surgeons with the Taranaki Hospital Board. The Base Hospital at New Plymouth has 300 beds with full specialist services. The runs are arranged to give house surgeons as wide as experience in the specialties as possible. In addition to weekly clinical meetings, special house surgeon tutorials are held. During the year the move will be made to the new Hospital at Westown (1 mile away) with full modem facilities. House Surgeon cover at Hawera Hospital, a hospital of 136 beds, 50 miles away, will be partly arranged on a voluntary rotational basis. Married and single accommodation is available.
