HOUSE SOLD
Two properties were offered for auction by George Anderson and Son, Ltd, yesterday. A property at 114 Lyttelton Street—a twobedroom house, sheds, garage, and carport on a section of 33.3 perches—was sold for $7300. The Government valuation is $5600. The second property, at 615 Ferry Road, was passed in at $11,500. The section of 15.4 perches has on it a two-bedroom house and shop combined, covering 1750 sq. ft A garage and storeroom combined are also on the property. The Government valuation is $6BOO. The auctioneer at both auctions was Mr J. L. T. Dyer.
