Xth British SkgS Commonwealth Games 1974 EXECUTIVE SECRETARY APPLICATIONS are invited for the position of Executive Secretary to the Organising Committee, Xth British Commonwealth Games 1974. Duties will commence on the Ist September, 1971 and terminate on or about the 31st May, 1974. The position will suit an experienced and enthusiastic administrator preferably in the 25 - 45 years of age category. He will presently be a person in a position of responsibility and will have had some close association with sport or the administration of sport He must be prepared to work long hours within an organisation consisting almost entirely of people giving their time on a voluntary basis. As the Senior Executive, he will be responsible for the running of the office and the supervision of full time staff which will grow in numbers as 1974 approaches. Salary will be negotiated but will be not less than $6,000 per annum and an additional dislocation allowance may be made at the termination of the full period of employment The Executive Secretary will also have the use of a vehicle.
