(1) A general rate of eleven and four-tenths of a cent ta the * made under_provislons of section 90 of The Municipal Corporations Act, 1954, and the Rating Act, 1967. (2) A water rate (ordinary supply) made under provisions of section 95 of The Municipal Corporations Act, 1954, and the Rating Act, 1967. (a) Upon all lands and dwelling houses to which water is supplied a rate of one and eight-tenths cent in the *, but ta n<r case shall the rate be less than two dollars (*2). (b) Upon all lands and dwelling houses to which water can be, but is not suppUed situate within 100 yards from any part of the waterworks a rate of one half the respective rate mentioned ta clause (a) hereof.
