NEW ROMAN CATHOLIC PARISH CHURCH FOR ADDINGTON.—Sacred Heart Church, in Spencer Street, which will be blessed and opened by Bishop Ashby next Sunday, the occasion coinciding with the jubilee celebrations of the parish. The building cost about $60,000, is octagonal in design, and has a central lantern. The old church it replaces was built last century and eventually will be demolished.
