The building will be nine storeys high with an area of 81,750 sq. ft, and will be constructed in reinforced concrete. Excavation work Is proceeding at the present Ume and the Contractor for the building will take over a fully prepared site. Firms desiring to register as tenderers should be well estab llshed and with substantial resources and must be prepared to regard the project as having maximum priority. All firms Interested are strongly advised to Inspect an advance set of drawings and specifications Including mechanical and electrical, now available at the Architects’ Office and to satisfy themselves that the project Is within their capacity and that the special conditions relating to the contract are acceptable.
