Third day of competitions
The secretary of the Christchurch Competitions Society, Mr L. A. Strong, said yesterday that the competitions were attracting considerable interest. The judge of the vocal section, Miss D. Cayford, said she was most impressd with the standard but would have liked to have seen more entrants in the junior section. Results of yesterday’s competitions were: SPEECH ANO DRAMA (Judge: Mrs C.
