Offer declared unconditional
Scott Group, Ltd, has received acceptances of its take-over offer for John Duthie Holdings, Ltd, from the holders of 246,450 issued ordinary Duthie shares. Because this is a majority interest, Scott Group has declared its offer unconditional.
Association in Japan
Mr A. M. Satterthwaite, chairman of directors of A. M. Satterthwaite and Company, Ltd announced yesterday that as from April 1 his company has entered into an association in Japan with the well known Australian company, Elder Smith Goldsborough, Mort, Ltd.
