‘Sender’s risk’
Communications with East Pakistan have been reopened, but only for telegrams “of a life and death nature,” said the Chief Postmaster, Christchurch (Mr M. T. Reedy) last evening. The messages would be accepted at urgent rates and at “sender’s risk,” hfe said.
