Permission at Otago
(N.Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN, April 21. Otago University students have received permission from the Dunedin Returned Services’ Association to lay a wreath at the Cenotaph on Anzac Day. A statement from the students* association today said: “As in 1970, O.U.S.A. will be participating in the Anzac Day wreath-laying ceremony. “Permission has been given by the R.S.A. for two members of the O.U.S.A. executive to lay a wreath. “This will be in the form of a peace symbol, with an inscription reading: To the dead and dying of Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam’.”
