W.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 21. The solicitors acting for Scott Group, Ltd, have advised their client to seek an injunction from the Court, restraining R. A. Brierley Investments, Ltd, from implementing its take-over scheme for John Duthie Holdings, Ltd.
