After the first night you can be paying as little as $6.50 for two people in a room with private bath or shower. The 1971 South Island room-rate concessions apply from April 12 (Easter Monday) to October 14. They are available at all THC Resort Hotels-at The Hermitage, Glencoe Lodge, Franz Josef, Wanaka, Te Anau and Milford Hotels on weekdays and weekends, public holidays and school holidays. For the first night at any of the hotels, you pay the normal room-rate. For all subsequent nights this rate is halved.
