(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) MONTEVIDEO, March 28. The Uruguayan AttorneyGeneral (Mr Guido Berro Oribe) was freed by the Tupamaros guerrillas who kidnapped him on March 10. But the Tupamaros still hold the British Ambassador (Mr Geoffrey Jackson), whom they seized on January 8. Mr Berro Oribe was abducted eight days after the Tupamaros had released the American agronomist, Mr Claude Fly, whom they had held for 208 days. Eight kidnappings by guerrillas have taken place in Uruguay since 1968.
