FEBRUARY THEFTS
More than $36,000 worth of property was taken in 178 thefts at business and private premises in Christchurch in February. _ The largest single offence was the theft from a grocery warehouse of goods worth $991-6. I There were 99 burglaries at (business premises ($27,688), land 79 at private dwellings.
