Conference of league
Thanks to members for their contribution to the League of Mothers in Canterbury were given on Wednesday by the league’s national president (Mrs L. Meikle) who was visiting Christchurch. The national council conference of the league will be held in Christchurch in September and later in the year celebrations will be held marking the twenty-first anniversary of the forming of the league in Canterbury.
