(N Z Press Association) PORT OF SPAIN (Trinidad). K. Keino (Kenya) was seven and a half seconds outside a new world record on Sunday when he won the 1500 metres on the second day of the Southern Games in South Trinidad. The run was a record for Trinidad. Keino beat J. Mason (United States), who was second. R. Foster (Britain) was third.
