Doctorates to be conferred
CN.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 26. Three distinguished New Zealanders will have honorary doctorates conferred on them by Victoria University of Wellington at the university’s graduation ceremonies early in May. The are Sir Duncan Stout, of Wellington, Dr P. P. Lynch, of Wellington, and Professor A. W. Liley, of Auckland. Sir Duncan Stout and Dr Lynch are former chancellors of the university. Professor Liley is an obstetrician and gynaecologist of world repute.
