PROPERTIES OFFERED
Two properties' with a combined area of 60 perches on the corner of Williams and Norris Streets in Prebbleton were passed in for $25,000 on Wednesday when offered for auction by Sherris and Wilson, Ltd. They included two houses —a small modem bungalow, and a family home about 20 years old. The auctioneer was Mr C. M. Robertson. A property of 85 freehold acres adjacent to the Christchurch International Airport was passed in for $55,250 yesterday at auction. It holds a two-storey, fourbedroom house and a double garage. The auctioneer was Mr W. Steele.
