(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, March 25. The British Government has launched its drive to put before the public the facts about the European Economic Community. A fortnightly series of 12 pamphlets explains why Britain is seeking Common Market membership, sets out the main problems, and reports on the progress made so far ir the Brussels negotiations. The cost of the publicity is estimated at about £45,000. The four-page pamphlets, complete with maps and charts, are available free at all post offices, and will be posted free to all organisations and schools on request. The first is entitled, “What is the Common Market?” Later issues will deal with the Community’s institutions, with how the Community works, and with aspects of i s industry, technology, trade, social security and agriculture.
