Extradition warrant
(N.Z. Pres« Association; AUCKLAND, March 25. An Auckland detective will fly to Queensland tomorrow with an extradition warrant for a man being held in Brisbane by the police. Detective Constable B. H. Bell is inquiring into the burglary on Saturday night of the Australia and New Zealand Bank, in High Street, Auckland. An unsuccessful attempt was made to blow open a strongroom. One man has appeared before the Auckland Magistrate’s Court charged with breaking and entering the bank.
