C.R.A. SHARE ISSUE
Bougainville copper mine (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) SYDNEY, March 25. Conzinc Riotinto of Australia, Ltd, said today that public shareholders of C.R.A., excluding C.R.A. Holdings, Ltd, would be made renounceable offers of one share in Bougainville Mining Ltd, for every 10 shares held in C.R.A.
In addition, non-renounce-able offers of three shares would be made to such shareholders for every 10 shares held in C.R.A., the company said. The issue price of the new shares, the subject of both the renounceable and nonrenounceable offers to C.R.A. public shareholders, will be 155 c payable 80c on acceptance, and the balance, 75c, on December 31, 1971, or, at the option of the acceptors, payable in full on acceptance.
