Rutherford stamp issue
Sir,—ln the issue of March 20 a correspondent, “Twopenny Black,” stated that a stamp was not being issued to commemorate the centennial of the birth of Lord Rutherford. The correspondent is under a misapprehension and a commemorative issue two stamps for the centennial of Lord Ruther. ford’s birth is to be released on December 1, 1971.
