ENTRY FORM WIN THIS CAR Use year skill calculating the distance you think this Deluxe Ford Escort (pictured below) will travel on 6 gallons of 98 octane petrol and it could be yours. HURRY! HURRY! closing soon closing soon The ear, valved at $2,300 and supplied by PHIUIPPS MOTORS LTD., New Plymouth, will be driven by Mr Royee Cox, Manager Phillipps Motors Ltd., New Plymouth, and accompanied by a Justice of the Peace, over normal road condition*. The car will be halted when the engine stop* - it will not be allowed to drift to a stop. A rearesentatlve of the organisers will travel with Mr Cox to verify the distance travelled. A representative from Phillipps Motors ltd. says the car should do approximately 35 mile* per gallon. Th* ear will b» awarded to the competitor who ha* calculated the exact distance (In mile* and yard*) or the entry that it closest to the distance covered. Every entry will be carefully noted by the organiser* and in the event of there beina mere then one correct entry, the winner will be found by a competition «»t by the oraanfser*. The eomoetition is simole, the form easy to fill in. Just note your calculation or calculations on the form below. Take a copy for your own reference. The first end second columns cost 50 cents each. The third is a bonus attempt which can be completed offer paving for two attemnts. This means that you have one attempt for 50 cents or three for a dollar.
