MALVERN COUNTY COUNCIL HORORATA-SNOWDON WATER RACE DISTRICT BY-LAW AMENDING CHARGES Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Counties Act .1956, and the Counties Amendment Act, 1961, the Malvern County Council at a Special, Meeting held on March 12, 1871, resolved by ww off Special Order to make a Bylaw to be known as the Hororata-Snowdon Water Race District By-law No. 1, 1971. The object and purport of the proposed By-law is to repeal the scale of charges as sat out in the Hororata-Snowdon Water Race District By-law No. 1. 1965. and substitute therefore a new scale of charges as follows: (a) The annual charge for each acre or'part thereof shall be 22.5 cents. (b) The minimum charge for any supply shaft be $lO5O per annum.
