Thiess sells interest
The White Motor Corporation of America has bought out Thiess Bros, interest in the companies joint truck manufacturing venture. Thiess White Australia Pty, Ltd. The new company, White Diamond Reo Trucks Australia Pty, Ltd, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the American corporation. The Brisbanebased company will manufacture and market White Diamond Reo heavy duty trucks throughout Australia, Papua and New Guinea, and New Zealand.
