SOLD AFTER AUCTION
A two-bedroom house with an adjoining separate building section of 16 perches at 25 The Brae, St Andrew’s Hill, was sold by private treaty after it was offered at auction yesterday. The bidding, which started at $13,000, was raised in $5OO bids to $16,000 and then by $2OO bids to $lB,OOO, at which price it was passed in. Mr M. T. Beasley was the auctioneer. C
