parts of existing reserves described In the Ist, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Schedules to the BUI. (2) To vest these reserves in the Corporation to be held lor the purposes specified in the BUI. (8) To make provision for additional land required for road reserve to become subject to the provisions of the Bill at the discretion of the Minister of Lands. (4) To empower the Christchurch City CouncU to dedicate u pubUc street the reserves specified in the 4th Schedule to the BUI in accordance with the provisions of the Reserves and Domains Act 1933. (5) To empower the Christchurch City CouncU to stop parts of existing streets specified In the Sth Schedule to the Bill and to add these areas to existing reserves. (6) To provide for payment by the Christchurch City CouncU for parte of reserves dedicated as public street (7) To declare all reserve* affected by the BUI to be subject to and administered under the provisions of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953. (8) To repeal the Canterbury Association's Reserves’ Ordln-. snce Session V No. 2, the Christchurch City Reserves Act 1877, the Public Domains Act 1881, Amendment Act 1893, the Christchurch City Reserves Amendment Act 1932-38 and the Christchurch Domains Act 1946.
