Protesters in brawl
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, March 23 Demonstrators protesting against apartheid, and sympathisers of the Nazi movement fought at Sydney Airport today during the arrival of South Africa’s touring surf life-saving team. One man was arrested and another was injured in the brawl. The team, flying in from Brisbane for their third surf test against Australia, landed on the far side of the airport away from the main terminal, where a group wearing swastika armbands arid another opposed to apartheid waited to greet them. They were hurried away in a waiting bus to avoid the fighting demonstrators.
