Property sold for $34,250
A four-bedroom concrete house with a swimming pool, on 14 acres at the corner of the Rangiora-Woodend highway and Turiwhaia Road, sold for $34,250 at auction yesterday. The Government valuation is $24,850. Six acres is in lucerne. Outbuildings include three garages, three store sheds, an implement shed and a small glasshouse. Thirty persons attended the sale. The auctioneer was Mr W. R. Flannagan, of the NMA Company of New Zealand, Ltd.
