BEER CAN THROWN
The sort of things which, unhappily give Lancaster Park crowds an unenviable reputation occurred again yesterday. One spectator threw a beer can at the England fast bowler, K. Shuttleworth, who promptly threw it back. An even less admirable passage at arms occurred when B. A. G. Murray was dismissed. It was a bleak moment for the batsman, and his team; and as he returned a spectator, from a range of a few yards, advised him loudly to give the game up.
