As from Monday, March 1, 1971, permission to burn between the hours of 4 p.m. and 8.30 p.m. on suitable evenings will be granted on applying to the nearest Fire Officer or Fire Warden. Such permission does not relieve the person lighting the fire from full responsibility for keeping the fire under control. W. J.
