Improving
For some time, the chief: health inspector (Mr R. H.i Gee) had said in his monthly; reports that conditions at Addington Raceway were! “generally satisfactory,”, said Cr G. G. Don, at a meeting of the Waimairi County Council on Thursday evening. How long would it be, he asked, before the report would say "satisfactory?” The assistant county engineer (Mr J. D. Annan) said that minor improvements had been under way for some time, and it was expected that conditions would be completely satisfactory in about three months.
