Amendment approved
(N.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON, Feb. 19.
The shareholders of the Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Company, Ltd, have approved an amendment to the company’s articles to ensure that no shareholder has more than 250 votes.
A company spokesman said that there was already such a provision in the company’s articles, but the amendment would ensure that the intention of the articles was not circumvented.
