Prince Mellay to start
(N.Z. Press Association) SYDNEY. Prince Mellay, one of the two New Zealand entries for the Golden Slipper Stakes, will have his first Australian start in the Wentworthvlile Handicap (6f.)for two-year-old colts and geldings at Rosehill today. The South Island-owned Prince Mellay (Mellay—Cadmean) was sent to Australai with the Golden Slipper in mind after running and winning at the New Zealand Cup meeting in November. He is being prepared by the Randwick trainer, J. Hogan.
