Box 13087, Christchurch. 30635 HEATHCOTE COUNTY COUNCIL PROPOSAL TO CLOSE ROAD TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC Pursuant to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations,, 1965, notice is hereby given that the Heathcote County Council, for the purpose of enabling the Canterbury Car Club Inc., to conduct a Hill Climb Speed Event, proposes to close the following road to ordinary vehicular traffic for the period indicated hereunder. During the proposed period of closure the following provision will be made for ordinary vehicular traffic which would otherwise use the road: Flag Marshalls in communication by radio telephone to halt competition to allow the passage of traffic. 4 Any person objecting to the proposals is called upon to lodge notice of his objection and grounds thereof in writing before Friday, February 19, 1971, at the office of the Council at 66 Colombo Street.
