DECREES IN DIVORCE
On undefended divorce petitions presented to Mr Justice Roper in the Supreme Court yesterday, decrees nisi were granted as follows: Separation agreement: David Cecil James, foreman (Mr W. G. P. Cuningham), v. Margaret Jean James; James Valentine Mclntyre, factory employee (Mr P. J. Thompson), v. Nora Dorothy McIntyre; Joy Marie O’Connor (Mr H. J. B. Quigley) v. Terence William O’Connor, factory hand, of Greymouth. Living apart: Yvonne Cotton (Mr Quigley) v. Albert George Cotton, Post Office employee; May Eder (Mr N. H. Buchanan) v. Alexander James Eder, railwayman, of Waikari. Separation order: Doreen Shaw Keenan (Mr M. G. L. Loughnan) v. John Edward Keenan, freezing worker.
