The Stewart Fountain
Sir, —I understand that the Stewart Fountain was given to beautify the city. Surely the sight of T. N. D. Anderson dunking himself in the pool could not be called beautiful, unless, maybe, he is a modern Narcissus.— Yours, etc., K. February 3, 1971.
