COOPER TO DEFEND
(N.ZP A.-Reuter—Copyright I LONDON. H. Cooper (Britain) is to defend his European heavyweight title against the West German, J. Blin, the British Boxing Board of Control secretary (Mr E. J. Waltham) said yesterday. The venue and date has still to be arranged Blin, aged 27, from Gorssensee, was outpointed by the 'Spaniard, J. Urtain, in an unsuccessful title challenge earlier this year. Cooper stopped Urtain in the ninth round last month to regain the European crown.
