Selwood retains Moth title
M. E. Selwood retained his South Island International Moth yachting title by finishing second to the surprise winner, F. Halliburton, in the third and final race of the series on the Estuary yesterday.

Over the closing stages, Selwood (Dibrucol), and A. Blanchard (Capricorn), re- ' duced Halliburton’s advantage, but he still had nearly Imin to spare at the finish. ! This was a considerable improvement on his fifth plac- ! ings in the two previous ! races. Selwood and H.
