WATER POLO DEFEAT
(N.Z. Pres. Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY. New South Wales’ Combined High Schools beat the touring New Zealand Schoolboys water-polo team 3-2 at the Parramatta Pool, Sydney, on Saturday. The New Zealanders led 1-0 at half-time after a goal by P. Yardley, but had to play desperately to contain New South Wales in the third quarter and lost to a final goal by L. Cotteall early in the final quarter. The star of the series was the New Zealand goalkeeper, R. Borgers.
