Reconstruction at Fletcher
Fletcher Holdings, Ltd, is streamlining its structure by regrouping its major subsidiaries into four companies— Fletcher Construction, Fletcher Industries, Fletcher Timber and Fletcher Development. The construction company will have construction and mechanical services divisions, while Fletcher Steel, Fletcher International and the insulation and acoustics division join Fletcher Industries.
