Bishop to attend W.C.C. meeting
(N.t. Pr«»« A«»oelacion> HAMILTON. Nov. 23. The Bishop of Waikato (the Rt Rev. A. H. Johnston) will leave New Zealand on December 27 for a meeting of the central committee of the World Council of Churches in Addis Ababa. t „ The bishop is the only New Zealander on the committee, which will be meeting for the first time since the council’s announcement of controversial grants totalling $200,000 under a special fund to combat racism.
