New warehouse opened
(N.Z. Pr«» Axioelalion) TAURANGA, Nov. 23. Estimated exports for 1970 would make Tauranga the second largest dairy produce export port in New Zealand, the chairman of the New Zealand Dairy Board (Mr F. L. Onion) said in Mount Maunganui. Mr Onion was speaking at the official opening of the $500,000 new double warehouse of the Mount Storage Company by the Minister of Finance (Mr Muldoon) from Wellington. Unable to attend because of the withdrawal of pairs in the House of Representatives, the Minister made his speech by telephone from his Parliamentary office, it being relayed to guests by loudspeaker.
