j Steady prices for lamb Plentiful supplies of homekilled lamb at prices similar to those for imported lamb caused a slow trade for New Zealand lamb on Smithfield , Market last week, the Meat , Board reports. In spite of this prices have remained steady with the ' main grade of New Zealand 1 lamb (29/361b) quoted at 32d to 33d per lb. Very little interest was shown in the available quantities of New Zealand mutton which cleared mainly in cut form at weaker quotations.
