Soil moisture
Winchmore irrigation research station reported yesterday that the soil moisture deficit on the nonirrigated area at the station Was 171 points compared with 204 points a year ago. The deficit on the irrigated area was 71 points. This area was last irrigated on November 11 and can next be irrigated on November 25.
