The girl sleuth
Those who watched “Softly, Softly” this week and who welcomed the introduction of some ladies into the crime squad will be pleased to learn that Detec-tive-Sergeant Barbara Allins will remain on the programme, at least for the next few weeks. She has, in fact, a vital part to play in the story which succeeds the present one, “The Target,” the second and final part of which will be screened next Tuesday- evening.
