Box 5070, ’ WELLINGTON. 9637 ELLESMERE COUNTY COUNCIL AMENDMENT TO GENERAL BY-LAWS Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in it in that behalf by the Counties Act, 1956, Transport Act 1962, and any amendments to such Acts and each and every other power and authority thereunder enabling it, the Ellesmere County Council at a special meeting held on Monday, November 16, 1970, passed a resolution by way of Special Order to make a By-law to be known as “The Ellesmere County General By-law Amendment No. 1, 1970,” to control Immobilised Vehicles left on roadways, damage to roads, parking restrictions and stall or standing vehicle.
