ANOTHER WIN TO TOURISTS
(Special Crspdl. N.Z.P.A.) ATHENS. Australia’s touring soccer team continued on its winning way with an upset, 3-1 win over Greece at the Panathinaikos Stadium yesterday. The third goal, which clinched the match for Australia, came in the thirty-second minute of the second half and was the result of brilliant play by the full-back, C. Curran. He beat two men, passed to M. Denton, whose centre provided G. Blues with an easy goal. A. Alston and T. Mackay scored Australia’s other goals.
