NOTICE is hereby given that the ' Paparua County Council proposes at its meeting to be held on December 7, 1970, to consider ’ a motion to apply to the Local Authorities Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing for a 25 year term the sum of $18,250 for the purpose of meeting its share of the cost of the erection of one additional lane, heatr ing equipment and separate office accommodation for the Ministry of Transport at the Sockbum Vehicle Testing station, the coat of which—ss2,ooo, is to be shared by the Paparua County Council, the Waimairi County Council and the Riccarton Borough Council in agreed proportions by means of a Joint Special I .nan The security for such loan shall be a special rate of .0000159 cents in the dollar on the capital value of all rateable property in the Paparua County. NOTE: It is not proposed that a special rate be levied but that loan charges be met from the revenue from the Sockbum Joint Vehicle Testing Station.
